Shipping & Delivery | How DSARD Digital Downloads Work
DSARD sells only digital products, so there is no physical shipping. Every order is delivered instantly by email and through your DSARD account immediately after checkout β there's no processing time and no delivery window to wait on.
How do I receive my digital product after purchase?
Immediately after payment is confirmed, you'll get an email with your download link(s), and the same files appear under Account β Orders on dsard.com. If you checked out as a guest, the email is your access point β save it.
Do you ship anything physically?
No. DSARD does not sell or ship physical goods. Every product on the site β eBooks, templates, guides, printables β is a digital file delivered electronically.
What if my download link doesn't work or I lost my email?
Log into your DSARD account and go to Orders β every past purchase and its files are listed there permanently. If you checked out as a guest or can't access your account, contact support with your order number or the email used at checkout.
Is access to my files permanent?
Yes. DSARD purchases include lifetime access β you can redownload your files anytime from your account, including after future product updates.
