DSARD sells only digital products, so there is no physical shipping. Every order is delivered instantly by email and through your DSARD account immediately after checkout — there's no processing time and no delivery window to wait on.

How do I receive my digital product after purchase?

Immediately after payment is confirmed, you'll get an email with your download link(s), and the same files appear under Account → Orders on dsard.com. If you checked out as a guest, the email is your access point — save it.

Do you ship anything physically?

No. DSARD does not sell or ship physical goods. Every product on the site — eBooks, templates, guides, printables — is a digital file delivered electronically.

What if my download link doesn't work or I lost my email?

Log into your DSARD account and go to Orders — every past purchase and its files are listed there permanently. If you checked out as a guest or can't access your account, contact support with your order number or the email used at checkout.

Is access to my files permanent?

Yes. DSARD purchases include lifetime access — you can redownload your files anytime from your account, including after future product updates.
